Shanty’s Beach and Blues Club to Host Halloween Party – On Saturday, October 31st from 2:00 until Midnight, Shanty’s will be hosting a Halloween party as a benefit for Shag Instructor Roan Grooms to help defray the cost of her recent hospital bills. United State Police Canine Association – The Carolina Beach and Kure Beach Police Department K-9 Units have the honor of hosting the Region 2 Police Dog Field Trials.
